Copacabana

Copacabana, home of Carmen Miranda, is also home to many up scale clubs and restaurants. Also home to a New Year's blow out party. Check out the Carmen Miranda museum in the Flamengo district.

Currency

The Brazilian currency is the Real(hay-ahl), and Reais(hay-ice) for the plural. The symbol for the Real is R$.
